Artist Statement

My portfolio reflects my desire to try new media and techniques so I might be prepared to teach others effectively. I use a wide variety of materials and processes to create my work and represent what I know best, myself. I draw upon personal experiences or knowledge to create my work. Because of this, my work is constantly evolving as I grow and go through new experiences.
